Installation of 1125 kW Bentone BG 650M Gas Burner with Gas Booster

Last week, we completed the installation of a 1125 kW modulating Bentone BG 650M gas burner for a Belgian client. This type of burner is used in industrial applications where high capacity and precise combustion control are required.

To ensure stable and reliable operation, a gas booster was installed to increase the inlet gas pressure and provide a constant gas supply to the burner. Stable inlet pressure is essential for efficient combustion, low emissions and reliable system performance.

The BG 650M is part of the product range of Bentone, a Swedish manufacturer that has been developing burner systems for industrial and marine applications since 1954. Bentone is known for its robust design, modulating technology and focus on efficiency and operational reliability.

The client will complete the remaining mechanical installation and construct a dedicated frame for the gas booster. After these works are finished, we will carry out the full commissioning and fine-tuning of the system.
