Custom design of heat processing equipment plays an important role in the philosophy of our company.
Heattec can design heat processing processes prior to the constructional design, by using 3D computer simulations of mass and heat flow inside the furnaces, to predict where potential problems may lie. By using these computer simulations we allow design modifications to be incorporated with confidence long before the furnaces is even built.
