Bentone BG300 Gas Burner Installed on Soloan Spray Booth

Last week, our technicians installed and successfully commissioned a new gas burner on a Soloan spray booth. With this upgrade, the system is fully prepared for reliable and efficient operation within the production process.

The installed burner is a Bentone BG300 with a maximum capacity of 190 kW. This model is known for its stable combustion, high efficiency and reliable performance. It is particularly suitable for applications such as spray booths, where consistent and controlled heat supply is essential for optimal coating and drying results.

The project included removal of the existing burner, installation of the new BG300, connection of the gas and control systems, and full commissioning and adjustment of the installation. After testing and inspection, the spray booth was handed over fully operational.
